I Survived...

Well, I survived the dentist! Finally after two years of problems with this tooth, I was able to get it fixed. Got to be thankful for Medicaid! The dentist wasn't bad, he fixed the cavity within about 20 minutes, it felt like it was a lot faster than that though.

He seemed really stressed out though, lol. He seemed like he's been doing this forever too! I was a little uncomfortable because, well, I hate Dentists, but everything seemed to go fine.

Although it hurt quite a bit even though he used Novocaine. He called me a Sissy, because I wanted Novocaine too, lol! At least he was able to joke around.

Though I will not take my Son to him because he was a little rough, I'll probably keep going to him while on Medicaid. He told me to come back in 6 months for a routine cleaning.

I do find it strange though, how I act before a Dentist appointment, wanting to brush, floss, and use mouth wash before I go (which I actually forgot to do), and I even forgot to put two earings in the first piercings! I felt like a moron for that (since I had earings in the back ones), and embarrassed because I didn't brush my teeth.

Isn't it also strange how I bought a new toothbrush for my Hubby and I today afterward? lol. I also bought myself some toothpaste for sensitive teeth (we have toothpaste, but my teeth are sensitive, and I thought it might help).

So, yesterday was pretty eventful! I spent $26.13 more then I wanted to today at Walmart, total of $60.07.

It really does add up quicker then you would think! I put 3 items back, but I think that I should have just bought them anyway because I will have to buy them eventually! They were only $6 more... lol.

I also found it odd that Walmart gave me my check back after putting it through the check printing thingy...

I wonder if I live a sad existence because an eventful day to me is getting decay scrapped and drilled out of a tooth and going to Walmart...

Anyway, I'm in a little bit of pain right now, dental and wallet wise, lol!
